Returns and Refunds
Miriade intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
Returns are free and must be made no later than 30 days after delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To initiate one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

Items to be returned must not have been worn, used, washed or treated in any way.

Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.

All labels of the item, internal and external, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed.

Items to be returned must be handed over to the Courier no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The Customer who wishes to make an exchange of an item, size or colour, for the same or greater amount must submit the return procedure and place a new order.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Miriade reserves the right to not accept the returned items and to send them back to the Customer with the related costs to be borne by the latter.
THE RETURN PROCEDURE
You can request a return of all or part of your order by accessing your profile on www.miriade.com in the “My Returns” section.
Once you have identified the order to return, simply follow the procedure by filling in the required fields.
Once this procedure has been completed, you can proceed with preparing the return shipment by placing the CRONO REVERSE - Poste Italiane courier waybill received together with the purchased items on the package.
Miriade is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging.
All returned items are subject to inspection by Miriade staff who verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Miriade reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts are established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

The Customer can check the status of their shipments through the tracking service available on the site www.poste.it from the working day following the day of acceptance or through the Contact Center at 800.160.000 .
Shipments will not be accepted:

With a waybill other than that of the Crono Reverse service;

beyond 30 days from receipt of the order;

through channels other than those specified above;
-
that do not comply with the instructions provided regarding the packaging and wrapping of the items;
This information is merely indicative. The Customer is solely responsible for the packaging, labeling and wrapping of shipments, entrusted to Poste Italiane.
The Customer - Sender is in any case responsible for any damage resulting from defective packaging, even if not detected at the time of acceptance.
Poste delivers from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Poste undertakes to deliver according to a delivery target of four working days following the day of dispatch, excluding Saturdays and holidays, in accordance with the Postal Services Charter, published on the website www.poste.it .
For shipments delivered for acceptance after the deadlines established for authorized post offices or Puntoposte, the delivery deadline starts from the working day following the day of acceptance. Poste reserves the right to change the delivery standards of shipments in the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes or any other fact or event not attributable to it by giving written notice to the Customer within the working day (Monday to Friday) following the occurrence of the event, without additional costs or charges. Compliance with delivery targets is also subject to compliance by the Senders with the weight and size requirements, and the correct preparation of shipments.
REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
The refund due will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase order.
There may be a few days between the date of receipt of the return and the date of the refund. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be refunded.
