Website Owner
The website owner is Miriade S.p.A., with registered office at: PIAZZA DEI MARTIRI, 30 - 80121 NAPLES (NA), Italy VAT Number: 07631370637
Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for products and services are described in Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, which implemented EU Directive No. 2019/882.
Services are considered accessible if they can be provided and the information contained within them can be accessed without discrimination, including by people who, due to disabilities, require assistive technologies or specific configurations.
We are committed to making the website accessible and inclusive, ensuring that our website can be accessed by everyone. To this end, we comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, achieving AA level compliance, so that our services can be used by all users.
Specifically, these guidelines are based on four fundamental principles:
- Perceptibility
We are committed to ensuring that all informative images have alternative text (alt text), so that they can be read aloud by screen readers. When designing our user interfaces, we pay attention to sufficient color contrast to improve readability. Information and controls are presented in a way that users can perceive.
- Usability
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, are almost entirely usable via keyboard.
- Comprehensibility
We use clear language to describe our products and on our service pages. Our navigation is clearly and intuitively structured.
- Solidity
The website is developed mainly with standardized components that are optimized for accessibility and tested. During development, we use test criteria derived from the WCAG guidelines to ensure compatibility with different browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test the website to ensure that all functions operate correctly and are understandable.

Description of How the Service Meets the Relevant Accessibility Requirements
The service currently meets the accessibility requirements set out in Legislative Decree 82/2022 to a significant extent, in particular with regard to:
- keyboard navigability of most essential functions (search, product selection, cart, account);
- the presence of descriptive alternative text for many product images and functional icons;
- the use of consistent semantic structures in the HTML code and the adoption of standard components compatible with assistive technologies;
- a hierarchical and linear content structure, designed for simplified reading by screen readers;
- progressive consistency in color contrast and font size, aimed at improving readability;
- partial adoption of the WCAG 2.1 principles (level AA), with a focus on perceivability, operability and understandability.
Some requirements are still being implemented, in particular those relating to:
- the replicability of the user experience on mobile devices;
- the technical validation of interactive forms, especially in authentication and payment processes;
- full screen reader accessibility of promotional sections and advanced search filters.
To address these needs, a technical remediation process has been started and completed, entrusted to a multidisciplinary team made up of front-end developers, external accessibility specialists and digital content reviewers. The work includes aligning the code with the specifications of the harmonized standard EN 301 549 and with WCAG 2.1 level AA, consistent with Article 12 of the Decree.
The website will be monitored periodically, including with the support of external audits, to ensure full compliance with the applicable requirements and the continuous improvement of the access experience for all persons, with or without disabilities.
Exemptions for Disproportionate Burden
To date, no exemptions for disproportionate burden under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 82/2022 have been invoked or identified.
However, the website also contains tools and software that may not be accessible and that have been neither developed nor controlled by the website owner.
